CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
 If Cancelled:
15+ days Prior: 75% refund
1-14 days Prior: No Refund.

Group, Prom, or Long Stays:
 If Cancelled:
45+ days Prior: 75%
1-44 days Prior: No Refund.

No refunds for early check-out, emergencies, or weather.

DEPOSITS: A one (1) night rental deposit is required for every 3 nights reserved. 50% deposit required for specials and packages. Mail‐in deposit accepted if reservation is made 30 days in advance of arrival date. Mail‐in deposit must be received within 5 business days of making your reservation. Deposit is not transferable to new or existing reservations.

In the event of a cancellation, for
non-group bookings 75% of the deposit will be refunded if notified at least 15 days prior to arrival date. For Group bookings 75% refunded if notified 45 days prior to arrival date.

MISREPRESENTATION VOIDS RESERVATION.

Balance due in full at check‐in via cash or credit card payment (no personal checks at Check‐In).
