One room suite with 2 double beds, TV, Refrigerator & Micro. SLEEPS UPTO 4.

ROOM TYPE B POOLSIDE
One room suite with 2 double beds, TV, Refrigerator & Micro. SLEEPS UPTO 4.

ROOM TYPE C
One room efficiency. Has a kitchen area and one double bed, TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave. SLEEPS UPTO 2.

ROOM TYPE D
Two room efficiency. Has a kitchen area and a bedroom with two double beds, TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave. SLEEPS UPTO 4.

ROOM TYPE E
Two room suite. These units have one bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave. SLEEPS UPTO 5.

ROOM TYPE G
Three room apartments feature 2 bedrooms with either 1 double bed in each room or 1 double bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom, A living room with sleeper sofa, plus FULL Kitchen. SLEEPS 5 or 6 ROOM TYPE G PIC1

ROOM TYPE H
Spacious Third floor Apt. with four rooms featuring Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, large full sized kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

REFUND POLICY
30 days Prior: 100% minus $10 fee.
14 days Prior: 80% Refund.
1-13 days Prior: No Refund.
Absolutely no refund for early check-out, weather, or any kind of emergency.
